Please follow the usage instructions to safely use the product.

Heating: Remove the silicone pouch and place only the silicone part into a microwave oven with the flavor for 30 seconds. Do not microwave the silicone with its outer packaging, sachets, or other items. After heating, put the silicone cover on before using. Do not use a microwave oven with a power exceeding 600W to heat. Keep a safe distance from the microwave oven while heating. Be cautious of burns after the product is heated.

Freezing: Remove the silicone pouch from the outer packaging and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. To prevent frostbite, avoid continuous contact with the same part of the body.

Do not put the silicone pouch, outer packaging, sachets, or mint in the refrigerator. After freezing, put the silicone cover on before using.

Cleaning method: After removing the silicone pouch from the outer packaging, hand wash the silicone pouch outer packaging.
