Unfortunately, the email used for login can't be changed. If your registered email is no longer accessble, please sign up with a new email.
What payment methods does LAMOUR® online shop accept?
Lamour currently accepts paypal, Visa / MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, and Apple pay.
Can I cancel my order?
You can usually cancel your order, before the order status is [unfulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery). Please contact us immediately for order cancellation and refund.
Once the order status is updated to [fulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery), you are not able to cancel the order.
Can I modify my address once the order is submitted?
If you need to modify the address after the order is submitted, please contact us to modify it to avoid delivery errors.
Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to modify.
What if an item is out of stock?
We will try our best to restock the items you ordered asap. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly through email and be provided a solution to exchange or refund the item.
Can I order online and pick up at Lamour curbside location?
At this time, we cannot offer in-store or curbside pick up for items purchased on LAMOUR® online shop.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped out within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders submitted on weekends, holidays or after 15:00 on Friday would be delivered on the next working day. After it ships out, normally it takes 2-7 business days to deliver.

How much for free shipping?

Does LAMOUR® online shop ship internationally?
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Can I track my order?
You can view tracking information for your shipment by logging in to your Lamour account.
What should I do if the package is damaged or lost?
Packages may be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 working days. We will report this to the related shipping carrier and process a refund or replacement for you.

What is the LAMOUR® online shop reward program?
The LAMOUR® Reward Program is free to join.
Every time you shop at LAMOUR® online shop, you will earn points. Earn 1 point per CAD$1 spent. 50 points can be redeemed as CAD$1 for online shopping.
How to join LAMOUR® online shop loyalty program?
To earn and redeem points, you must log in or check out with the email address linked to your LAMOUR®Rewards account. Once you sign in, you will receive 250 points as a welcome gift (equal to CAD$5).
Why does the account not display the due points after the payment is successful?
Generally, the points will be automatically added to your account after the order is completed.
Can I earn or redeem LAMOUR® online shop points in store?
Unfortunately, LAMOUR® online shop points can not be earned or redeemed in physical stores.
