How can I modify account information?

Can I change my account login email address?

Unfortunately, the email used for login can't be changed. If your registered email is no longer accessble, please sign up with a new email.

Are the products sold on your website authentic?

Yes, all the products sold on our website are 100% authentic.

Are the prices the same online and in-store?

Yes, the prices in our online store and physical stores are generally the same. However, during promotion events, some products may have different prices. Additionally, there may occasionally be minor system glitches that cause small price differences. If there are significant differences, we will label them.

What payment methods does LAMOUR® online shop accept?

Lamour currently accepts paypal, Visa / MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, and Apple pay.

Can I cancel my order?

You can usually cancel your order, before the order status is [unfulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery). Please contact us immediately for order cancellation and refund.
Once the order status is updated to [fulfilled] (as in the parcel has been out for delivery), you are not able to cancel the order.

Can I modify my address once the order is submitted?

If you need to modify the address after the order is submitted, please contact us to modify it to avoid delivery errors.
Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to modify.

Can I edit an order after I place it?

Yes, if your order has not been fulfilled, simply email our customer service at service@lamourlife.com.

What if an item is out of stock?

We will try our best to restock the items you ordered asap. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly through email and be provided a solution to exchange or refund the item.

Can I order online and pick up at Lamour curbside location?

At this time, we cannot offer in-store or curbside pick up for items purchased on LAMOUR® online shop.

Why did my payment fail?

It's not uncommon for payment issues to arise if the postal code entered doesn’t match the one associated with your card. Please take a moment to update your postal code. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your card issuer for more details.

 I was charged but my order wasn't placed. What happened?

We do not charge for abandoned orders. This can happen when the 3D Secure check doesn't go through. Please ensure your billing information is correct, as errors with postal codes are a common issue. In most cases, the hold on your funds will be released within 2-7 business days. 

Why did I receive a verification email?

Sometimes our system detects potential transaction risks. To protect your safety and the security of your transaction, we may ask for further confirmation of your order details.

When will I receive my order?

In most cases, all orders are processed within1-2 business daysafter being placed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 16:00 on Fridays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and major sales events, as well as in unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or outbreaks, additional time may be required for order processing. Please note that while delivery times may be delayed, orders will be shipped within3-5 business days. We invite all customers to check our website for any updates. Does LAMOUR® online shop ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not provide worldwide shipping at this time. Please stay tuned for updates on our shipping policies in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can view tracking information for your shipment by logging into your LAMOUR account. However, for 24-hour GTA delivery, tracking information is not available on our website. You will receive updates about your shipment via text message. Please ensure your phone number is correct and accessible to receive these notifications.

For 24hr GTA delivery, tracking information is not available on our website. You will receive updates about your shipment via text message. The driver may also contact you upon delivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct and accessible to receive these notifications.

What should I do if the package is damaged or lost?

Packages may be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 working days. We will report this to the related shipping carrier and process a refund or replacement for you.

How to join LAMOUR® online shop loyalty program?

To earn and redeem points, you must log in or check out with the email address linked to your LAMOUR®Rewards account. Once you sign in, you will receive 250 points as a welcome gift (equal to CAD$5).

Why does the account not display the due points after the payment is successful?

Generally, the points will be automatically added to your account after the order is completed.

Can I earn or redeem LAMOUR® online shop points in store?

Unfortunately, LAMOUR® online shop points can not be earned or redeemed in physical stores.
