How do I cancel or edit an order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible; please note that once your package has been shipped and tracking is issued, no modifications or cancellations can be made. Customer Service: service@lamourlife.com
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email: service@lamourlife.com or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you quickly.
What if I didn't receive my package?
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, we highly recommend checking around your front door, porch, and with neighbors, as well as reviewing your community mailbox or building mailroom; if you still cannot find it please contact our customer service team so we can assist you with a claim.
What should I do if the package is damaged or lost?
Packages may be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days. We will report this to the related shipping carrier and process a refund or replacement for you. For more shipping information, please visit our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchange
What is your returns policy?
All items are final sale; however, returns or exchanges are gladly accepted for special circumstances such as damaged, incorrect, or expired items. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with the product brand new and unopened, and the customer will be responsible for all original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and re-shipping fees for exchanges.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact our support team: service@lamourlife.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide detailed instructions.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
All items are final sale; however, exchanges are gladly accepted if your product is damaged, incorrect, or expired. For exchanges due to personal reasons, you may submit a request within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is brand new and unopened, and you will be responsible for all original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and re-shipping fees for exchanges.
How long does it take to process my return or exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or the exchanged item will be shipped promptly.

How long does shipping take?
For orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery typically occurs on the next business day following shipment; for all other regions, it generally takes 2 to 7 business days, though remote areas may require additional time. How much for free shipping?
We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $79. For orders under $79, shipping rates vary by region, and overweight packages may incur additional fees. Please check our shipping page for details.
Does LAMOUR online shop ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only, but US shipping is returning soon. Stay tuned as we gradually expand to international delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Rewards Program & Membership
How can I join the LAMOUR membership program?
It's easy. Simply click on "Sign up" at the top right corner of our official website or the LAMOUR App. Once you register an account, you will automatically become a member. Bonus: New members can enjoy 5% off their first order by subscribing to our email newsletter at the bottom of the webpage.
How do I check or redeem my reward points?
You can easily manage your points by clicking the floating rewards icon located at the bottom of our website or App. Simply log in through this widget to view your current points balance and redeem them for rewards.
I registered as a member at a LAMOUR retail store. Can I use my account on the website?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but our online and offline membership systems are currently separate and not integrated. Because of this, membership profiles, accounts, and reward points cannot be shared or transferred between our retail stores and the online shop. You will need to create a new, separate account for online shopping.
How does the LAMOUR online reward points system work?
On the LAMOUR online shop, every 50 points can be redeemed for $1 CAD towards your online purchases. Please be advised that points earned from online shopping can only be applied to online orders and cannot be redeemed or used at our offline physical stores.
