When will my order ship?
Standard processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Peak seasons: Processing may take 3-5 business days during high-volume periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
PayPal orders: Please allow an extra 24 hours for payment verification.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be available in Account > Order History.
Delivery estimates begin after your Shipping Confirmation email has been sent.
Is in-store pickup available?
Free In-Store Pickup is available at all LAMOUR locations.

Shipping protection: LAMOUR is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of packages that occur during transportation. To help protect your order, we highly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout.
Route Package Protection: If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost or damaged, you must contact Route directly to file a claim.
Without shipping protection: Our customer service team can assist you in filing a compensation claim with the shipping carrier. The maximum compensation for eligible orders without shipping protection is strictly up to $100 CAD.
What happens if my parcel is refused or undeliverable?
Incorrect address / failure to pick up: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect it from a pickup point in time, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refused deliveries: If you refuse to accept a delivery at your door, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These fees will be deducted from your final refund.
General shipping terms
Order modifications: We process orders quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Consolidation: We reserve the right to combine multiple orders to the same address.
Order limits: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or distributors.
Weather and unforeseen delays: LAMOUR is not responsible for transit delays caused by severe weather, carrier strikes, or circumstances outside of our control.
