Please refer to the following for return and exchange in the Canada Market:
1. Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your order was not shipped within a reasonable timeframe
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping and handling fees will apply.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request:

- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- Our team will review and respond with next steps
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval or inspection
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method
4. Important Notes
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be sent using our provided shipping method
- Original order information must be included in the return package
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare and makeup
- Snacks and food items
- Opened skincare devices
- Decorative contact lenses (unless defective)
- Underwear, socks, slippers, and blind boxes
