There are multiple ways to accumulate points to save on future orders:

• Shop & Earn: For every $1 CAD spent on the LAMOUR® online shop, you earn 1 point. Points are calculated based on the actual paid amount of your purchase after discounts and before taxes/shipping.
• Birthday Reward: You can get a 250 points reward, equivalent to CAD$5, by celebrating your birthday.
• Special Campaigns: You can earn extra points during special points-related promotions. Please stay tuned to our website and emails for future campaigns.

On the LAMOUR® online shop, every 50 points can be redeemed for $1 CAD towards your online shopping.

Important Note: Our online and offline membership systems are currently separate. Points earned from online shopping can only be applied to online orders and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or used at LAMOUR offline physical stores, and vice versa.

You can easily view and manage your points by clicking the floating rewards icon located at the bottom of our website or App. To redeem your points, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account, click the floating rewards icon, and select WAYS TO REDEEM.
2. Click on REDEEM and choose the number of points you would like to use. The number must be in multiples of 50, then confirm.
3. A unique coupon code equivalent to your redeemed point value will be automatically generated and added to your account.
4. Copy this coupon code and apply it during checkout to deduct the respective amount from your purchase.
