1.Saturate a Cotton Pad: Apply an adequate amount of cleansing water onto a cotton pad.
2.Wipe Gently Over Face: Gently wipe across the face to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities.
3.Repeat if Necessary: Repeat the process until the cotton pad comes out clean.
4.No Need to Rinse: Follow up with your regular skincare routine, if desired.
