Prepare Your Hands: Wash hands with warm (not hot) water to remove dirt and impurities, then pat dry with a clean towel — avoid rubbing hard, as this can damage the skin’s natural barrier. Dispense an Appropriate Amount: Squeeze a pea-sized amount (about 0.5g) of the cream onto the back of one hand (this amount is sufficient for both hands, as the texture spreads easily). Massage Gently for Absorption: First, rub the backs of your hands together to warm the cream, then spread it evenly over the palms, fingers, nail beds, and cuticles (these areas are often overlooked but prone to dryness). Massage in gentle circular motions for 10-15 seconds until the cream is fully absorbed. Optimal Usage Timing: Apply after washing hands (to replenish moisture lost during cleaning), before going out (to protect against dry air or cold wind), and before bed (to allow overnight moisturization and skin repair). Note: If the cream accidentally gets on clothes, wipe it off immediately with a clean cloth — it won’t leave stubborn stains and can be easily cleaned.
