2.For a gradient or blurred effect, apply a small amount to the center of your lips and blend outward using your fingertip or a lip brush.
3.For a more defined, full-color look, build up layers until you achieve your desired intensity.
4.Optionally, use a lip liner for more definition around the edges of the lips.
