1. Wet Your Hair: Begin by thoroughly wetting your hair with warm water.
2. Apply Shampoo: Pump an appropriate amount of shampoo into your hand.
3. Lather: Rub your hands together to create a lather.
4. Massage: Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips. Work the lather through the length of your hair.
5. Rinse: Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the shampoo is washed out.
6. Apply Conditioner: After rinsing out the shampoo, pump a suitable amount of conditioner into your hand.
7. Distribute: Apply the conditioner to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends where the hair tends to be drier and more damaged. Avoid applying conditioner directly to your scalp.
8. Leave On: Let the conditioner sit on your hair for a few minutes to allow it to penetrate and moisturize your hair.
9. Rinse: Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the conditioner is washed out.
