1. Wash Your Hands
Before handling contact lenses, make sure to thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water to avoid bacteria or dirt contacting the lenses.
2. Prepare the Case
Clean the Case: Rinse the case with contact lens solution before and after each use. Do not use tap water.
Dry the Case: Wipe the case with a clean tissue or lint-free cloth, or let it air dry naturally.
3. Store the Contact Lenses
Add Solution: Pour fresh contact lens solution into both compartments of the case, ensuring there is enough liquid to cover the lenses completely.
Remove Contact Lenses: Carefully take out the contact lenses and rinse them with the solution to remove any surface debris.
Place in Case: Put the contact lenses in their respective compartments in the case, ensuring they are fully submerged in the solution.
4. Seal the Case
Close the Case: Securely tighten the lids of the case to prevent the solution from leaking or becoming contaminated.
5. Clean and Replace the Case
Regular Cleaning: After each use, discard the old solution and rinse the case with fresh contact lens solution.
Replace the Case: It is recommended to replace the contact lens case every three months to prevent bacterial growth.
