2.Peel Off the Adhesive Backing: Remove the protective strip from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive.
3.Position the Pad: Place the pad in the center of your underwear, ensuring the wings wrap around the sides for added security.
4.Press Down Firmly: Press the pad firmly against your underwear to ensure it adheres well.
5.Replace as Needed: Change the pad as necessary throughout the night, especially during heavy flow periods.
6.Dispose Properly: After use, wrap the pad in the wrapper and dispose of it in a sanitary bin.
